RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are subject to the terms stated in the product description.

• Digital products: Downloadable products, source codes and digital files are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by law or the product is defective and cannot be reasonably fixed.
• Physical products: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• Incorrect or defective orders: Contact MAPTECH STORE with your order number and evidence of the issue so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
• Non-delivery: If an order is not delivered, contact us for verification and resolution.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights provided by applicable Ghanaian law.

MAPTECH STORE — TERMS OF SALE

1. Product information: Customers should review product descriptions, specifications, compatibility and pricing before placing an order.

2. Orders and payment: Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. An order confirmation does not guarantee availability if an item is out of stock.

3. Digital products: Customers are responsible for checking software requirements and compatibility before purchasing source codes, applications or other digital products.

4. Source codes and software: Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, purchasing a source code does not automatically transfer exclusive ownership, copyright or intellectual property rights. Applicable licences and third-party terms remain in force.

5. Physical products: Delivery times may vary depending on the item, location and delivery service. Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery details.

6. Pricing and availability: Prices and product availability may change. Any changes will not retroactively alter a completed order unless required by law.

7. Customer responsibility: Customers must provide accurate order information and use purchased products lawfully.

8. Complaints and support: Customers should provide their order number when contacting support so that issues can be resolved efficiently.

9. Legal compliance: These terms are subject to applicable laws of Ghana. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Download links and codes are delivered right after payment. Each download link works a limited number of times and expires, so save your files. Source code is licensed to the buyer as described on the product page and may not be resold unless the licence says so.
