  • ❌ Posting screenshots/links publicly
  • ❌ Creating public pages/groups about our platform
  • ❌ Sharing referral codes publicly
WHAT YOU CAN DO
  • ✅ WhatsApp Status (your personal status)
  • ✅ Private WhatsApp groups (friends/family only)
  • ✅ Direct one-on-one messages
  • ✅ Word of mouth recommendations
Violation = Immediate Suspension + NO REFUND of wallet balance
1 Acceptance of Terms

By using MAPTECH GLOBAL, you accept these terms including the social media advertising prohibition.

2 Use of Service

Data bundle services for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo in Ghana. Use only for lawful purposes.

3 Account Registration

Provide accurate information. Maintain credential confidentiality. Violations = immediate termination.

4 Wallet & Payments

All top-ups are non-refundable. Suspended accounts forfeit all wallet balances.

5 Prohibited Activities
  • Public social media advertising
  • Using bots or automated systems
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities
  • Sharing/selling account access
  • Fraudulent activities
6 Account Suspension

Immediate suspension for: public social media advertising, fraud, terms violations, platform abuse.

⚠️ No refunds for suspended accounts

7 Monitoring & Enforcement

We monitor public social media using automated tools, user reports, and manual audits.

8 Unsupported SIM Types & Client Liability

Our DATA REQUEST service does NOT support the following SIM types:

  • Turbonet SIM
  • Merchant SIM
  • EVD SIM (Electronic Value Distribution)
  • Broadband SIM
  • Blacklisted SIM
  • Roaming SIM
  • Different Network (cross-network transfers)
  • Wrong Number (incorrect recipient number)
  • Inactive Number (deactivated or suspended)
CRITICAL: Any data transferred to the above SIM types will be burned (lost) and CANNOT be reversed. The client is fully responsible and pays for the loss. No refunds will be issued.

Before requesting data, ensure your number is a standard prepaid/postpaid SIM on the correct network (MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo) and is active.
